I went to Robbins Nissan to get an oil change and was expecting to be there for hours. As soon as I arrived at the service center I was greeted by members of the service team. Then I was helped by Fernando Martinez. I have to say I was really impressed with Fernando’s prof essionalism and his awesome customer service. Terrible experience. Typical Lies. Started communication with Wendy online about a specific used car. Then another associate Leo, started communicating with me. I told him my budget and he said he could get better pricing on the used car I was looking at. I told him my budget. He then said "OK, if I do that amount, I can earn your business?" I said yes and I was on my way. Once I got there, it took a long time for him to make an appearance. He again said he would take care of me. He was there for all of 2 minutes. Why even bother coming over? The sales associate let me go on a test drive. When we were finished, the sales associate went to talk to his manager. He came back and said we were not close on the deal for the car. I showed him the texts from Leo and it didn't matter. The used car manager didn't even want to come out and talk to me. The sales associate said he would be busy on a call for the next 20 minutes. At this point Leo was not where to be found. Not via text or call. I visited 4 dealerships today and was not able to purchase a car. I wasn't upset that I couldn't make a deal anywhere, I was upset on how I was treated by Leo and his team. I was totally shocked by the short amount of time it took to arrive at Robbins Nissan. I live in northwest Houston near 290 and Beltway 8. Just took me about 20 minutes to get there. Did not remember about the inspection until they were almost finished with my car. No pr oblem, The inspection did not take much time. The next day, went to my local Kroger store to get the sticker.
